Research Visit to West Wycombe Park

When we undertake research to support out clients, not only do we consult text resources and the art-historical record, but we also chase down comparanda and references that are built into the fabric of other sites.

Today, we were very grateful to everybody at West Wycombe for welcoming us to the house and gardens, as well as behind-the-scenes areas vital for our work with an ongoing project. Without this kind of hospitality and cooperation, academic progress would be very slow indeed!
